Use the designs for personal projects and on physical products you sell, if your business makes $150,000 a year or less. Don’t share or resell the digital files, and don’t use print-on-demand marketplaces.
This license comes with every design you download from SVG Design Vault, including designs from the Complete Vault. It covers personal use and small businesses. By downloading or using the files, you agree to these terms. The same text is in SVG Design Vault License.pdf inside every download.
Who it covers
You, the person who downloaded the files, for personal projects, and for a business with gross annual revenue of $150,000 or less. If your business earns more than that, contact us about an extended license.
You may
- Use the designs for personal projects and gifts.
- Cut, print, engrave or press the designs onto physical products, and sell those finished products online or in person, in any quantity, while your business stays at or under the $150,000 revenue limit.
- Make and sell heat transfers from the designs, such as HTV, DTF or sublimation transfers that your customer applies themselves. A physical transfer counts as a physical product and follows the same rules. The print file, gang sheet file or any other digital version may not be sold or shared.
- Resize the designs, change their colors, combine them with other artwork, and add your own names or text.
- Use a fulfillment service such as Printful when the orders come through your own website or storefront.
- Post photos of products you made with the designs, on social media or in your own listings. Please watermark them and avoid images someone could trace or lift the design from.
You may not
- Share, sell, give away, sublicense or re-upload the digital files, as they are or modified. That includes SVG, DXF, EPS, PNG and AI files, printables, and any digital download made from them.
- Upload the designs to print-on-demand marketplaces such as Redbubble, Zazzle or CafePress, where the marketplace prints and sells products for you.
- Post or distribute the design files online in any form someone else could download or use.
- Use images or mockups made by SVG Design Vault or Board & Batten Design Co. to promote your own products.
- Transfer this license to another person or business. It applies only to the person who downloaded the files.
Ownership
The designs remain the property of Board & Batten Design Co. and are licensed and distributed by SVG Design Vault. Downloading a design gives you the permissions above, not ownership of the artwork or its copyright.
