Privacy Policy

This policy covers svgdesignvault.com. It explains what we collect, why, and who else handles it. You can download every free design without an account or an email address.

When you browse and download

When you download a design, we record which design it was, the time, and the page you came from. We don’t store your IP address with it. To count visitors without identifying them, we use a random code that changes every day. We record the words people type into the site search, also without an IP address. These records show us which designs are popular and what people can’t find.

Like every website, our hosting server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses and browser details. The host uses them for security and troubleshooting.

Analytics

We use two analytics services to understand how people find and use the site:

• Google Analytics reports pages visited, how you arrived (for example from a search or a Pinterest pin), your general location, device type and the downloads you start. It sets cookies in your browser. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages, which we look at as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks text typed into form fields. It sets cookies too. Microsoft’s policy: microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask first. Google Analytics and Clarity don’t set cookies until you choose Accept, and you can change your answer any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. We check which country you’re visiting from through Cloudflare, and we don’t store it.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker, and the site will still work. Google also offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare delivers the site and the download files and protects them from abuse, so your requests pass through its network. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page visits for us without setting cookies. On the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the message, using information about your browser and device. Cloudflare’s policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, the reason you’re writing, and your message, plus a design if the question is about one. We save the message on the website and send it to our email inbox so we can reply. We keep messages as long as we need them to help you and for our records.

We use an AI assistant to help sort incoming messages. It drafts replies to commonly asked questions and flags anything beyond a common question for a person to handle. A person reviews every reply before it goes out. We don’t send your messages to any AI service for the purpose of training it. Our AI Policy explains how we use AI to run the site.

When you buy the Complete Vault

Checkout is handled by a separate payment provider. You give your payment details to that provider, not to us, and we never see your full card number. The provider shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can deliver the files and help with any problems.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
• We don’t run advertising on the site at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
• We don’t use your information to build profiles for marketing, and we don’t send email newsletters.

Children

The site is meant for adults and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a message. Download and search records aren’t tied to your name or IP address, so we can’t look those up for one person.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
