Short answer

Use the site and the free designs under our license. Designs are provided as they are, so test cut before a big project. Complete Vault files are a one-time digital purchase.

These terms apply to svgdesignvault.com. By using the site or downloading a design, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The designs and the license

Every design, free or in the Complete Vault, comes with our Commercial License. The license says how you may use the files, and it is part of these terms. The designs belong to Board & Batten Design Co. and are licensed and distributed by SVG Design Vault. Downloading a design gives you the permissions in the license, not ownership of the artwork.

Using the site

  • Download designs for your own use. Don’t use scripts or bots to download the catalog in bulk, and don’t copy the site’s files, previews or text to offer them elsewhere.
  • Don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or send spam through the contact form.
  • Don’t link to our download files from another website in a way that lets people skip the design page.

Designs are provided as they are

We check the files, but cutting machines, software versions and materials vary. Test cut a small piece before a large or costly project. The designs and the site are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, SVG Design Vault isn’t liable for lost materials, lost profits or other indirect losses from using the site or the files. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

The Complete Vault

The Complete Vault is a one-time purchase of digital files, delivered by download. Your download link appears right after checkout, and a copy comes to your email. Because the files are delivered right away and can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds, with one exception: a purchase you can’t download. If we still can’t get the files to you, we’ll refund your payment.

We won’t leave you stuck with files you can’t use. If a download fails, a file won’t open, or you aren’t sure how to use the files with your machine or software, contact us. We’ll keep working with you until you can use what you bought.

The price is shown on the Complete Vault page before you pay. Payment is handled by a separate payment provider under its own terms.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove designs and pages, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Designs you have already downloaded stay covered by the license version that came with them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
