- Polyester or poly-blend white or light shirt
- Sublimation printer and ink
- Sublimation paper
- Heat press
- Heat-resistant tape
- Butcher paper
- Cardboard or a shirt insert

- Flour sack or cotton kitchen towel, washed and dried
- Heat transfer vinyl
- Weeding tool
- Heat press or household iron

For a sublimation kitchen towel you’ll need:
- Polyester or poly-blend kitchen towel

Tips by method
- Adhesive or heat-transfer vinyl
- Cut it at medium or large sizes and it weeds more easily.
- Laser
- Engrave it, or cut it at larger sizes.
- Sublimation
- Print the PNG. No cutting or weeding.
