- Wood sign blank or board
- Sandpaper
- Base coat paint
- Stencil vinyl
- Transfer tape
- Weeding tool
- Scraper
- Acrylic paint for the lettering
- Stencil brush or foam pouncer

For a laser-engraved wood sign you’ll need:
- Laser engraver or cutter
- Wood board or sign blank
- Masking tape to reduce scorch marks
- Sandpaper
- Wood glue for layered cut pieces
- Clear sealer or finishing oil
Tips by method
The thin double border and spaced HAPPY letters need the full board length. Cut it at 24 inches, or use the PNG for sublimation.

- Cut it at medium or large sizes and it weeds more easily.
