How to unzip a download
Short answer
Every design downloads as one ZIP file. Cutting software can’t open a ZIP, so extract it first: on Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All; on a Mac, double-click it.
Each design comes as one ZIP file with the SVG, DXF, EPS and PNG files, a Read Me First guide and the license inside. Extract it before you upload anything.
Windows
Right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All, then click Extract. A regular folder with the same name appears next to the ZIP.
Mac
Double-click the ZIP and a regular folder appears next to it.
iPhone or iPad
Open the Files app, find the download (usually in Downloads) and tap the ZIP to expand it.
Android
In the Files app, tap the ZIP and choose Extract.
Unzipping a lot of files at once
On Windows, the free 7-Zip program can extract a whole batch: select the ZIPs, right-click, then choose 7-Zip and Extract to “*\”. On a Mac, the free app The Unarchiver handles batches the same way.
If the ZIP won’t open
Make sure the download finished, then try again. If it still fails, 7-Zip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac) can often open a file the built-in tool refuses.
